Custom Extension Order & Appointment Policy

All hair extension orders are custom-made specifically for each client based on their selected:

• Length
• Texture
• Color direction
• Density

Because all extension orders are custom and made to order, ALL hair is final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment & No-Show Policy

All services and custom hair orders must be paid in full prior to the appointment.

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment after full payment has been made:

• The full amount paid will be retained
• The appointment will be considered forfeited
• No future appointments will be accepted

This policy is in place due to the time, labor, and custom preparation required for each client.

Client Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase and/or booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
